We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
Most of our orders are shipped within 7-9 days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days of its ship date.
All products in FINAL SALE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If a particular size is not available in the particular garment for a size exchange, we will not be able to do anything further.
For all garments bought on FINAL SALE, if at all the product has to be sent to us for a size exchange (if available), the client has to do it themselves. Alter Ego India will not be responsible for the pick up of any garments on FINAL SALE.
